By accessing or using mrlfinance.com (the "Site") and/or applying for financing, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About MRL Finance

MRL Finance Ltd ("MRL Finance", "we", "us") provides Interest Free asset financing and related services. Specific finance agreements you sign will prevail over any conflicting Site terms.

3. Eligibility

To use the Site or apply for financing, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4. Accounts and security

You may need to create an account or submit personal data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Application and financing

• Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
• Approval is subject to verification of documents and compliance checks.
• Repayment terms, deposits and ownership transfer are defined in your finance agreement.
• Missing payments may lead to penalties or repossession as per the finance agreement.

6. Fees and payments

Any applicable fees or charges will be clearly disclosed in your finance agreement. We do not charge interest. MRL Finance buys the vehicle and sells it to you at a fixed price set out in your finance agreement.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or operations.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to MRL Finance. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our written consent.
